Hi, I’m Taylor Lavigne, and I’m an Assistant Account Service Manager. I’ve been with State Farm for two years, where I primarily focus on Personal Lines and Life Insurance, with plans to expand into Commercial and Health Insurance soon.
Before beginning my career in insurance, I proudly served in the United States Navy from 2015 to 2024. My time in the Navy helped shape my dedication to serving others, something I continue to bring to my work every day.

Hi, I am Sandy Ruiz, an Account Representative with the agency. I joined the team in December 2025 and enjoy getting to know our customers, hearing their stories, and learning about the people and families I have the opportunity to help.
I graduated from Gloucester High School in 2011 and attended the University of South Alabama. I am able to assist customers with all lines of insurance, with a primary focus on Auto and Boat Insurance. I also have a growing passion for Life Insurance and enjoy helping families understand how the right coverage can help protect the people who matter most.
Outside of the office, I love baking, fishing, hunting, and riding motorcycles. When I am not in the kitchen or on the go with my daughter, you can usually find us tending to our chickens or working on small motors together.
For me, one of the greatest parts of working in insurance is building genuine relationships with customers. Everyone has a different story and personality, and I enjoy taking the time to get to know the people I am helping.
